BROOMS
 
1. Do the brooms really work? Are they as good as commercial brooms? Of course! They ARE commercial brooms! They work perfectly. The best thing about them  is that they work as beautifully as they look.
 
2. Are the colors safe?  Will they run?The colors are safe for normal household use. Do not use the brooms with soaps. One of the concessions we make when using ecologicaly friendly dyes is that they cannot be used with detergents.
 
3.  Do you ship to other countries?  Unfortunately no.  We do distribute in Canada, however.  Check the zip code directory.
 
4.  Can you insert gift cards, is there gift wrapping?  The size and shape of the brooms make wrapping prohibitively expensive.  We can put a card in the box for you -MAKE SURE you spell out what you want it to say in the "NOTES" section of your order form.
 
5. What is your return policy? If you receive goods trhat are damaged or in some way defective, we will send a call tag and replace your merchandise. Problems with orders must be reported within 10 working days.If you are not satisfied with your broom Mariachi will gladly have the broom returned and refund your money on its return to us.  Items must have the original packaging for your refund. 
 
6.  How can I see it in person?  Mariachi has a zip code directory of stores in the continental USA.
 
 
MATS

1.  Can they really be used outside?  What  about rain and mud?  Mad Mats are designed for outside use.  Think plastic spagetti.  They don't absorb mud or other debris and will not hold stains either.
 
2.  Can they be washed in bleach?  How do I clean them?   The mats are meant to be washed off with a garden hose; you may use gentle detergent on it but do not use bleach. While the threads full colors and not dyed, bleach is very hard on all materials plastic or natural, and a very toxic chemical to wash into any drain or lawn drainage.  

3.  How do they hold up in the sun?  Mad Mats are specifically designed to be out in the sun.    In direct sun, you can bet on a good 2 seasons with one rug.  In the shade, you can bet on 3 to 4  years easily. There is a 1 year color guarantee on all Mad Mats.
